About Kidney Transplant Conversations

About

In 2021, founding sponsor Veloxis Pharmaceuticals invited a group of partner organizations and stakeholders to collaborate on a new podcast to explore disparities in kidney transplant across race, ethnicity, gender, zip code, and socioeconomic status.

Kidney Transplant Conversations was created as a podcast series in two editions, one for patients and one for providers. The podcast features diverse voices and experiences of donating, receiving, and caring for a kidney transplant, and incorporates an emphasis on understanding health disparities in kidney transplant and advancing health equity.

All views and opinions expressed during episodes of Kidney Transplant Conversations are those of the participants and do not necessarily reflect those of the producers or sponsors. Opinions and experiences shared by participants are not medical advice and do not replace information from medical professionals. Kidney Transplant Conversations is not responsible for any of the information found through links and resources shared on this website.
